SMA is Australia’s largest military training provider with over thirty years experience across the majority of Naval and Army platforms. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) the company currently graduates in excess of 1500 technical trainees per annum.
SMA is
currently tendering for the COLLINS CLASS SM Training at HMAS STIRLING
and is seeking expressions of interest from Ex-Submariners, current
Submarine School staff and experienced Maritime Trainers for Management,
Instructor (including both platform and combat systems maintenance and

Queensland at War Volume 1 This book of 336 pages is a compilation of ‘Shipping’ in North Queensland (Australia) waters from 1939 to 1942. it includes the arrival and departure dates of all vessels (large and small, military and merchant) that entered the ports of Mackay, Bowen, Townsville, Lucinda, Cairns, Port Douglas, Cooktown, Port Stewart, Portland Road and Thursday Island. Researched and compiled by Peter Nielsen (ex WOETSM). Cost $69 plus $8 postage. This book has been nominated for the Queensland Premier’s Literary Awards (2004) - Best History Book.
